Pinecroft is a very pleasant detached bungalow situated on Eleventrees on the eastern side of Keswick with lovely western views toward Grisedale Pike (see picture below) and Latrigg to the north. The accommodation is all on one level and consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area, a large living room with log effect gas fire. The sleeping accommodation comprises 2 double and one single bedroom. There is a large family bathroom with large walk in shower and lovely steel bath. The Master Bedroom also benefits from an ensuite with shower and TV. There is ample parking on the driveway and a charger for electric vehicles. Outside the access from the drive is paved with non slip slabs and easy for those with mobility concerns. There are gardens all around with different patio and seating areas, plus a purpose built BBQ area and water features. Guests enjoy a modern, comfortable and relaxed environment with some lovely original art on every wall and splendid outside areas to relax. Town centre is 25 minute walk along the old railway line footpath, a few minutes in the car or catch a bus from the nearby bus stop.
