Pinecroft is a very pleasant detached bungalow situated on Eleventrees on the eastern side of Keswick with western views toward Grisedale Pike (below). Accomodation is all on one level and consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area, large livingroom with feature log effect gas fire and Sky TV, sleeping accomodation comprises 2 double and one single bedroom. There is a large family bathroom with large walk in shower and lovely steel bath. The master bedroom also benefits from an ensuite with shower. There is ample parking on the driveway with just a short walk into the bungalow. Gardens all around with patios, BBQ area and water features including a large pond with fish. Guests enjoy a modern, comfortable and relaxed environment with some lovely original art on every wall. NEW….. In November 2024 we had the patio area levelled and paved making access from the drive much easier for those with any mobility concerns and also creating a lovely outdoor space to relax after a hard day on the fells or whatever your pleasure.
